good computer, good memory etc good for what i use it for.

doesnt include microsoft word etc and doesnt have any programmes that reconise word files.

this is the first reconditioned one i have purchased. it certainly will not be the last. Could not tell it from a new one. works perfectly. and operates to all my requirements.
