the hard drive makes a loud vibrating sound that makes you think you are in a high tech server center in a home office. the disc vibrates the computer case itself as well as the drive and NewEgg wouldn't do anything about it. Dell said they might...

Cheap

I have never had a computer that was so badly built. There is no room for upgrades, not even memory. My computer arrived with no os but newegg was nice enough to let me buy an HP instead
