Paper weight

 

I would NOT recommend this product at all. the way to make this product better is have better quality control / product packaging.

size, none didn't power up

I ordered this machine 12/21/2015 and went to install in office on 02/03/2016 product will not power on. I have NEVER had any problem with Asus products before so it didn't occur to me to power everything up right when I got it. . But I am now out of...

Dead On Arrival

 

Thankfully NEWEGG has stood behind the product both times. This time I just got the money back and I am moving to a different computer. I was really dissapointed with ASUS Tech Support.

When they show up working they are great computers.

Purchased 14 of these for customers and 1 out of the 14 showed up DOA. Got an RMA and boom same issue. ASUS was of no assistance when I called them first.

Wont power up everything is plug in and i have the LED light up on the MOBO but the power button wont start it up.

I bought this small desktop because it would fit perfectly in my TV cabinet as my multi media pc hooked up to my LED tv......unfortunately it was dead right out of the box. Everything was hooked up, but the machine will not power up....the mobo LED can...
