ACER tends to use seagate and SEAGATE DOES NOT HONOR warranties outside of the OEM 1 yr warranty.....so if your harddrive has a 5 year warranty it doesnt matter....you will have to pay for a new one if it fails in 1 year

Biggest problem is that 8 Gb RAM is NOT supported on this model, even though it has 64 bit O.S., For now, the sales listing specifies it, but needs updating. Acer tech informs me 4Gb max ; Limited expansion slots, limited power to run a graphics card....
