Sorry can't comment as have not used item yet,, but I can say it was highly recommended by a friend who was very enthusiastic about the machine so much so decided it was the window cleaner we would purchase.

Water reservoir too small Sometimes leaks if not well pushed together. Older folk may find it difficult

Instructions for use are not the easiest to sort out, so found a YouTube demo instead

It does lift water off the window.

It spills said water onto the floor. Very streaky. Collection bottle leaks. Feels poorly built a cheap for a premium product.

Easy to use, light. Does what it says on the tin. Did all the windows inside and out in half an hour. Took 2-3 hours before. Recommended !

Bit difficult to get rubber out & back in to clean.the rubber that cleans

Makes mopping up the condensation so so easy.

I'm sure somebody could have made it easier to empty
