Very pathetic product

 

This was a replacement for a faulty model that is now superseeded. I thought that model was [censored word removed], but it was nothing compared to this. For a start there is no written instructions in the box. Then they only give you one pad to clean...

Looks good.

Maily leaves the floors too wet.

Broke within 6 weeks

 

When I first got this, I loved it. It's super easy to use and the steam is powerful enough that it wasn't any effort to get rid of even stubborn grot on the floors. I have 4 small children so I mop daily, and with this it would only take me 10-15...

Steam is good and cleans quickly

Pads are poor, water container is too small, no instructions on use and cleaning, short power cord, sweeper function broke within a few weeks. Don't bother with this one.
