Excellent product and very easy to use.

I think the accessories should be automatically included as you need them.

Lovely streamlined design, great steam output and lots of attachments.

Can leave floor a little wet. The slot for putting into base unit broke after a couple of uses.

It's easy to fill up the water, replace & clicks together easily & gets marks off vinyl flooring.

It's SO heavy, it drips, the cord is annoying, the window cleaning tool leaks, it doesn't clean grout, it doesn't help drains, basically it cleans vinyl floors & that's it! Don't believe the infomercials ;-)

Cleaning my carpet it just makes the house smell so fresh
