great light wieght

 

bissell was absolutely the best customer service ive ever dealt with didn't need receipt or anything just gave the defective serial number over the phone .

light , easy to use , fast charge ,does great job .

first one leaked called bissell got sent a new replacement immediately without even sending the other one back . why i only took away one star .

Good concept, disappointing performance

 

Though a great concept in theory, cannot say anything about actual operations as the item was DOA. I'm not sure the Vac side would work anyways as the suction system seems so fragile. Newegg is good enough to arrange a return. Will buy a similar...

1. Good concept 2. Mobility (re-chargeable battery operation), so no wires 3. Light weight 4. Low cost of operation (re-usable accessories)

1. Cheap battery (did not work) 2. Poor service by manufacturer (BISSELL) 3. Item will not work without battery being charged, i.e. for e.g. even if I wanted to keep and use the item with bad battery just plugged in it will not work. So if battery does...
