Worth every penny but they need to make one with a bigger water tank, but 10 out of 10 for removing dirt from the carpet.

I love it. So easy to use the reason I gave 4 stars is that the fluid you get with machine doesn't go far. My hallway and landing is small and there was only enough to do it once. But on the bissell website the bigger bottles are quite cheap
