print quality WHEN working was good

Had it one year it stopped working. problems: stuck in sleepmode, then after scanning wouldn't print, troubleshoot said it didn't have a driver, started printing part of document, stopped printing more than 1 page at a time, stopped printing black

Bought this at Costco. Installed easy but since then it has been terrible. Customer Service for HP finally admitted that there is an issue with the Power Save Mode which puts the printer to sleep and it will not awaken unless you manually reset...

None that I can see except for the price. But nothing is worth the hassle of trying to print with this. Not much more than a paper weight at the moment

Only works some of the time. Goes into sleep mode without warning and will not come out unless you unplug it and reset everything
