Won't switch on. Used occasionally and not abused.

 

Useless product. Really used it seldom and one morning it wouldn't switch on. $250 down the tubes. This machine is not worth the money, it's pathetic, useless, short life span, garbage, waste of money. Adios

NIce coffee, poor life span

 

Purchased 4 years ago, have used a max of 30 times as I myself don't drink coffee. only used when I had visitors. I had it sit in the cupboard for 6 months. I went out and spent $50 on pods for it, tried to use it and the pump turns on but no water...

The machine makes a good coffee but has been frought with manufacturing issues. Such as, not lasting over 3 years, excess water reservoir too small, the pump does not turn off if there's no water running through it. The pods are often difficult to...

Would never own one of these again, I received one as a gift late last year and have used it like 5 times, I can't take back as no reciept and don't speak to the person who gave to me, leaks and doesn't heat milk poor machine should have been recalled...

Water leaking

 

This machine is leaking water. After two cups my tray is full. Can someone tell me if this can be fixed or do I have to throw it out. Is there some parts I can get to do myself. I would not recommend this as this should not be happenig.

Won't poke holes in pods
