Just over store return period - stopped charging unit. Sent to Plantronics who promises 1 day turnaround - 2 weeks ago. Sent emails, left voicemails and called 800 number only to be hung up on after waiting in que for 10 minutes. Service NG

Comfortable, light, good sound AND I can connect both my work cell phone and my personal cell phone at the same time. So comfortable I forgot it was in my ear

people on the other end said my sound is poor and not clear enough , no noise cancelling at all , no wind cancelling , sound is not natural on the other end , can easily broken , no much accessories boxed with it especially at that price
