The retractable cable, which is also extra long, is an excellent feature and works really well. I also like the ability to change the suction power and find the suction is great at lower ranges, so much so, that i have never needed to use full suction...

It uses bags - no need to go outdoors to empty and clean bagless cleaner cylinder. Solid build quality.

Compared with our old bag cleaner from the 90's there is a much more discernible volume of exhaust air from the vent. It's gotta go somewhere!
